Jeff Ellis brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in the in-vitro diagnostics industry, with a career defined by building commercial infrastructure, driving operational performance, and executing strategies that move organizations forward at critical inflection points.

Most recently, Jeff served as Chief Commercial Officer at Genova Diagnostics, where he spent seven years leading the company through a period of meaningful strategic growth. His work there spanned commercial operations, team development, and organizational alignment. Before Genova, Jeff held senior strategic, operational, and commercial roles at Now Diagnostics, Chembio Diagnostics, and Alere, now part of Abbott Laboratories. That breadth of experience across both emerging and established platforms gives him a perspective that is difficult to replicate.
