Welcome to www.advisorydx.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by AdvisoryDx, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("AdvisoryDx," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any content, features, or services offered through it.
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE.

All content and functionality on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and videos and the selection and arrangement thereof, in addition to any concepts, know-how, tools, frameworks, software, applications or other technology, algorithms, models, processes, and industry perspectives underlying or embedded in the foregoing, along with any enhancements to or derivative works thereof (the "Site Content") is the exclusive property of AdvisoryDx LLC or its licensors and, to the extent applicable, is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Neither the Site Content nor functionality of the Site, may be copied, reproduced, modified, reverse engineered, altered (including the removal or disabling of any security or technological safeguards, disclaimers, or legends) uploaded, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without our written permission, except for those uses specified in Section 2 – Use of site content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. USE OF SITE CONTENT
AdvisoryDx LLC hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the term hereof to access and download, display, and print one copy of the Site Content on any single computer solely for your internal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify the Site Content in any way (including creating derivative works thereof), that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed on the Site Content, and that you otherwise comply with these Terms. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, transmit, post, or disclose the Site Content without AdvisoryDx prior written consent. Furthermore:
- You may not access, search, or collect, mine, or extract data, including by crawling or scraping, from the Site or the Site Content by any means (automated or otherwise) without AdvisoryDx express written permission.
- You may not "mirror" the Site Content or any portion thereof without AdvisoryDx express written consent.
- Nothing on this Site should be construed as granting directly or indirectly, or by implication any license or right to use any AdvisoryDx intellectual property other than as expressly set forth herein. Further, if you do not comply with these Terms (or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect non-compliance), we may take legal action, suspend your access to the Site, or take any other steps we consider appropriate.
3. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE / IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADVISORYDX, ITS MANAGERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, DATA LOSS, REGULATORY DELAYS), WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$100.00). This limitation is fundamental to the bargain and applies even if a remedy fails.
5. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdvisoryDx, its managers, members, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or information you submit.
6. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, VENUE, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
You acknowledge and agree that these Terms of Use, and any and all transactions entered into utilizing the AdvisoryDx Site, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its choice of law provisions.
BINDING ARBITRATION
ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, YOUR USE THEREOF, OR ANY TRANSACTIONS SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA) UNDER ITS COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES (OR CONSUMER RULES IF APPLICABLE), IN PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA. A single arbitrator shall decide; the decision is final and binding. Judgment may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER
ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU AND ADVISORYDX WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE, OR COLLECTIVE PROCEEDINGS. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS.
EXCEPTIONS
Injunctive/equitable relief for IP rights or to enforce this provision may be sought in state/federal courts in Palm Beach County, Florida. Small claims court is permitted if within limits.
By using the Site, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida courts for any non-arbitrable matters, waive objections (including forum non conveniens), and submit to personal jurisdiction there.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it shall be limited/eliminated minimally so the Terms remain effective; remaining provisions continue in force.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Site content is owned by AdvisoryDx or licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view/print for personal use only; no commercial use without permission.
8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may not: misuse the Site, transmit viruses, infringe rights, or engage in unlawful activity.

ADVISORYDX PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains how AdvisoryDx, LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through www.advisorydx.com (the "Site"). It applies to Site visitors and interactions (e.g., contact forms). Separate agreements govern paid client engagements.

To provide both current and potential customers with more options for contacting AdvisoryDx LLC has established Facebook and X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram accounts. As these are public forums, you should be aware that any personal information you choose to disclose through those platforms can be read, collected or used by others and that such disclosures are subject solely to the privacy policies and protections of those platforms.
